Am I immune to amusement?

The soundtrack for the movie Cabin in the Woods sounds like it might be interesting, but as far as being scared, I enjoyed Paranormal activity.

There were a few cheesy moments in Cabin and it doesn't take long in the story to figure out this movie will execute characters one at a time. When this kind of thing haps, I can't help think that the director is measuring the acting skills of each actor and keeping the one whose skilled the most alive until the end.

Otherwise, it has become obvious to me that the rotten tomatoes ratings on flickster just doesn't see things my way.

My thoughts are that films like this are catered to a younger demographics. I just recently discovered the joys of camping, and this film has a way of merging the urban living perspective of crime and violence (on TV) that usually results in suspects scrounging for an alibi, whether its a receipt from a gas station, or some kind of proof of being miles from the crime. So, when it comes to camping, there are no surveillance cameras, and unless bears, deers, skunks and porcupines are acceptable witnesses, the weekend adventure in the great outdoors could open a persons life to something worse than identity theft. Being set up for a crime you didn't commit sounds like a real predicament.
