Getting use to this thing called lj
slavezombie
Got home early today and spent close to two hours reading my eMail from this morning and a few blogs by rosefox and queens_of_metal. I had a case of blog envy and searched the source code to figure out how these bloggers were linking other user names (w/ accompanying "lj" icon) to their user info page and journal. It all worked fine in the end. I killed some time before dinner to eat in front of the series premier of the Mrs. President serial, or is that Ms President.

I tried TESTING the link (w/ raw html) for a user called lucifera on my info page and got so hung up about the hyperlink being underlined, and the "lj" icon being outlined w/ a border, I spent more time correcting everything when I discovered pretty much everything on the info page is underlined if it`s a hyperlink. Yes, it is easy now. Looks like I`m on my way to the world of networking, but I still wish I knew xml.

I`ve been using lj for awhile now, but never really posted much or browsed communities. I started trying to get some exposure for my ops on movies with strong opinions against the suppression that FCC censors practice on my favorite flicks. It`s almost as if people with good taste in music are forced to shell out the $12+ on movie tix to see a film unedited — containing cool bands like RAMMSTEIN (ex. xXx) or good soundtracks (ex. Bride of Chucky) — because when those films get broadcast on a network TV station, they aren`t any good anymore.

Love your site. Your a photogenic beauty.
