Meanwhile, I have to wait for a replacement which will cost me $149.00. When I asked a tech if it was possible to get a modem from somewhere else, all he said was that they weren't compatible. at&t sucks. Delivery takes about four or five days. I wish I could get some credit for the inconvenience. After all, I am paying for non-stop DSL service. I wonder if anybody else has ever tried to bring this issue up with at&t.
