My ISP sucks. I need a new modem.
My DSL was working fine yesterday morning. Around mid-day, the signal was lost and I was never able to get it back. Apparently, the modem is defective. Of course, just four weeks after the warranty expires is when the modem has to break down.

Meanwhile, I have to wait for a replacement which will cost me $149.00. When I asked a tech if it was possible to get a modem from somewhere else, all he said was that they weren't compatible. at&t sucks. Delivery takes about four or five days. I wish I could get some credit for the inconvenience. After all, I am paying for non-stop DSL service. I wonder if anybody else has ever tried to bring this issue up with at&t.
