browser saver

I think I like this fishy new way of browsing lj journals for reading material. I had always wanted to run the toaster screensaver on my computer after I got my first Mac, but money was scarce in those days. I figured I could get along just as well without it.

I'm not sure how that makes easier browsing of Ljs... does it scan all of LJ or only a Friends List?

I look at it in a relaxing sort of way. Researching news and interest stories can be exhausting, and I'm constantly being pulled away from my computer even before I start to read. Then my laptop puts itself to sleep, and when I return, all those open tabs are gone. So, instead of getting frustrated, I should just close any and all tabs, except for this fishy screensaver, so if I happen to look up at the screen, at least there's movement and I don't have to raise a finger to read something.

There is a way to adjust the setting to speed up the "swimming" I haven't tried it on anything other than Opera. I might find it more useful on another browser. I mostly use Firefox and Opera.
